Artist's Description

In 1918, Wallace said, George Hasey bought the wagon and kept it in his hometown of Columbus in south central Wisconsin for many years. Hasey's15-year-old daughter, Kathryn, died in 1946, after she lit the burner and a gas leak caused the wagon to explode. About 10 Columbus residents attended the April 20 presentation.

It was restored and is on display in Columbus WI
